No proper support

Don’t get support from app even raising with many times complaints...not able to track bus and no bus movement seen.
It’s sad that our complaint not resolved even after many times complaint raised...this app from school approved still facing so much issue from support is not good to have app like this...don’t suggest to use the app where no support at all...
