Waste of money
The App doesn’t even work it stop working after 3 days and there a lot of much better Apps to download please don’t waste your time and money!
No trial
It gives option for a trial and then automatically bills you immediately such crap literally has no info on fasting just times. I wanted something to try that was a little informative I literally got nothing from this app

Not worth the money!
It gives the option $20 for 3 months or $40 for the year. Smart thing would be $40. You’d think for $40 it would be more advanced telling you what to eat or how much to eat. This app just tells you when to eat and when not to eat. A toddler knows when to eat and when not to eat. It don’t take a genius to know you can fast during a certain time. Don’t waste your money on this app.
