Missing Broad Street location
After downloading the app, it appears to only be set up for the Southside location: the Broad Street location is not accessible ☹️
Unusable. Can’t check out online
App only has one store location on it, even though website for the other location prompts to download the app.
DON’T USE THIS APP
I used this APP to place a $95 from Yen Ching Hull Street on 3/24/24. An hour plus later, when I called to see where the food was, I was told that I had not placed an order. My card had been charged anyways. I finally got someone at the restaurant two days later (Jimmy) who said he would get it fixed and they had similar problems with the APP with another customer that weekend. I waited for him to get my money refunded, and he never did. He told me ultimately to take it to my bank, which has not refunded it either. Yen Ching has lost my business over their poor choices in this matter. Stay away from the APP.

Excellent app! Easy to use and avoiding lengthy phone conversation with busy staff during the peak time is priceless!
