I have a US phone number and wanted to use this app on my visit to Armenia. Because the verification code couldn’t come to me with SMS text, I reached out to Yerevan City through WhatsApp. A techie helper (sorry I don’t know their name) got me up-and-running on the app. Yay! I am a vegetarian and I thought I would need it. Yerevan City offers an amazing array of international ingredients! I was planning to buy ingredients for my vegetarian Vietnamese recipes to cook for my hosts in Armenia.

I don’t see my bonus points and I’ve used the app 8 times at this point. The reps are incompetent: They are unable to answer my questions properly. It takes HOURS to get the delivery. The app itself is clunky.
