No wonder why you have bad review, my POV this company going to bankruptcy, can’t hire programmer to fix tons of bug from this app.
Lost all my balance and app doesn’t work. BEWARE
Trying to add more internet data from the app used to be simple. Now I have to physically call in by phone as the app wouldn’t let me add a data package. I Put $10 on that immediately disappeared. DO NOT ever put any extra money in your account! The second you go over your data usage they clean you out to zero. If I want to use their service in the future I will be troubled by calling on another line with a refill card and have the live agent update my data package each time I’ve used it up. This is Very inconvenient and time consuming. Thinking it might be a bug in the app I deleted and then re-downloaded the app. Now the app says I need to update to the newest version. I click update and it take me back to the app, an endless cycle with no way to either update or even use the old version. Frustrations that turn people to use better companies.

After update always as username and password for log in again and again .! That is so annoying.!
