檔案無法查看
從圖片用了一個檔案後存在這裡面的歷史檔案都無法查看，點進去都是一片空白，無法匯出也不能編輯，原本想買會員出這一個bug就沒想法了，請你們盡快修復
明明已經訂閱，卻顯示不是會員
非常的不合理，非常的氣憤，已經購買了一年的會員卻顯示我不是會員要再付一筆錢？ 都這樣玩是吧

數學格式
數學算式還是無法生產word格式，亂碼。很希望能使用，不過我已經覺得很厲害了。介面讓我刷了太多筆，不敢用！很害怕亂按又是一堆刷卡！
誘導人家付錢使用
一開始設定，說明三天試用期，結果出現畫面是先刷卡付錢，讓人以為是暫時，結果操作完成，變成付費使用。可以退款嗎？

I just scanned a seven page document with this app. It took about 1/100 of the time it would normally take for me to scan a multi page document on a traditional scanner and save as PDF. Excellent app！
