The YesChef look is back — name, icon, and all — and this is our biggest kitchen round yet: • Count by storage area — the walk-in, the line, dry storage, named the way your chef named them. Open an area and everything in it is right there. • Waste Log — log waste against any product in your inventory, in cases, pounds, or portions, straight from the Waste Log screen. • Budget on the phone — the F&B P&L with budget beside actual, month and year side by side. • Server Leaderboard — see how the floor did last night under More → Sales. • Import a past count — bring in an old spreadsheet count and the preview foots it against the chef's own sheet before anything saves. • Recipes by menu or by station, re-tag a whole station at once, and watch the how-to video right from the recipe screen. • Menu Profit now shows the dollars each plate keeps — and flags what not to push. • Weather in the Red Book — rain and wind beside your prep and ordering calls, with a week-ahead summary in plain English. • A cleaner look throughout: new navigation sections and the engraved sign-in.
