Shuts app automatically when I’m trying to make a custom mix

I love this app. I have been a fitness instructor for 35 years, this avenue is by far the best. I can create a new playlist every time I teach a class. I can set the tempo. This is and will be the only site I use for my fitness music. It will cost you about the price of 6-8 downloads but you have access to several different musicalities to suit your mood, format etc.
I cannot recommend this site enough.
I wish the app was smarter than me in that I sometimes I don't know correct spelling or correct name for songs, I wish they could auto correct me.

This has got to be the worst app. Taken money twice and still tells me it’s expired. Cancelled both subscriptions and tried again same thing happening so annoying I would avoid at all cost. Got told I would get a refund and still waiting 😡😡
1 critical function missing
I’d really like a way to add new tracks to an existing playlist. Does this feature exist? Am I missing something??

I’m disappointed as I did a free trial and went to teach my class and was told I had 20 days, but my music would not play. It gave me a message.to go to the yesmusic Website, which offered me no help at all
Paying $12/month to constantly not work
I’ve had this app for over two years to support my yoga and wellness business and a message is always popping up that my subscription has expired even though it hasn’t. When I look up the issue there is always a suggested workaround to clear this message. Once this is done the app works again until is doesn’t.
So I am paying for this to have licensed music for yoga classes but the yoga music options are super cringy. The silver sneakers playlists have pop music with singing and many other playlists are geared for reaching a specific heart rate which is not what yoga is about. The few decent playlists I have used repeatedly have many of the same tracks and often tracks that repeat making them sound like house music. My students get annoyed when those songs play.
On the flip side, if you teach silver sneakers or cardio the music is actually decent.

Needs some upgrades
Overall the app is decent, but it often glitches and freezes up. Some songs randomly skip. What would really be great is if they would add a way to sort the playlists within the app so you don’t have to scroll through dozens of playlists to find the one you’re looking for. We have a variety of classes at our gym and I have to scroll through tons of yoga or senior adult playlists to find what I need for the class I am teaching.

Great selection, customer service difficult
I am trying for the first time. Selection is great but when you have a problem there is no way to talk to anyone a d email responses don’t always solve your issue which is frustrating.

Easy to mix but messy
It is so easy to make playlists and I find using the flat tempo (all at same tempo) better in mixes. If you have different tempos then transition sounds warbly and awful and is really distracting. It would also be useful to be able to arrange your own custom playlists so they are grouped by class. Mine are all over the place which makes it difficult to find the playlist I want. Massive positive is the sheer amount of tunes available of many genres.

Certain songs slow down significantly after being mixed
I’ve created several mixes using Yes! Go songs already formatted for a certain BPM range. I’m choosing the correct number of BPMs already formatted by the app. But after the app creates a mixed playlist, some of the songs play back MUCH more slowly than they should. I’ve spent hours trying to create playlists but they never play back correctly. Complete waste of time.

Hello. I’m sure we can help you resolve your issue. If you send us a support email through the app we reply the same day. One thing to consider is that sometimes the perceived BPM of a song is much different than the actual BPM. Some songs might appear to have a higher BPM but when you decide to change tempo significantly , they feel like they are slower or much faster because the song might be registered as halftime or double time . Reach out and we can help you solve this.
