Latest update causes crashes
The most recent update has caused the application to constantly crash while I’m trying to use it. iOS is up to date. No issue with phone/other apps.

I was trying to ‘top up’ when the crashes kept occurring.
I did all the usual checks and resets. Deleted and reinstalled the app.
I’m unable to try the whole top up process now to see if the crashes still occur, though if a bug was not yet found I assume they will. After many unsuccessful attempts the other day I went through the desktop ‘top up a number’ which allowed me to continue using the service without needing the app (though I’m not sure if it gave me the usual 24hours unlimited data - is that only when you top up through the app?).
I’ll let you know if the crashes still occur next time I try to top up through the app.

Clunky, slow, obstructive app
It's always a struggle to use their last century application - and today I find they've updates their app and deleted my account so I had to register again.

Why is it keep on loggin out and making errors when i try to log in? Also, when i top up, they said to give out unlimited data for 2 days but they didn’t for like 3times. I wasted my time and energy. Soo inconvenient
Very unreliable
I always end up in an emergency situation where i have to buy data to so i can call a taxi. So when every i go through there app to buy a data after mid night it won’t work no matter how hard you try!!! Because of this I’m gonna change my carrier! As a matter of fact even if the app is working after midnight let say you made a 3GB data purchase it wont work until morning so useless for your emergency situation. Overall yettel👎🏻

Update issue
This app does not start, and wants to update itself. I go to the store, try to update. Update does not happen, but after 2 sec the OPEN icon appears. Clicking on it I get back to the app. Where it does not start, requesting me to update. Never ending loop without explanation. Literally unusable.
I guess the OS should be updated. But I have the latest supported.
So, should I buy a new iPad in order to be able to use your single app, while I can run all my necessary and fav apps?
Should thousands of people scrap their iPads and buy a new one in order to use the Yettel app, investing a lot of money and generate e-waste?

Useless app
Would be great that if I have an eSIM compatible phone I could activate it. But the app says my phone is not eSIM compatible even though it is. I can’t activate it. And the AI chatbot says I should go into one of their stores to get the eSIM card. Bruh I wanted the eSIM to avoid all this hassle. I have an iPhone 15 according to Apple it is eSIM compatible, I can see the setting but it’s not working.

I got a 5-day 1GB package and within 5 minutes it was gone. Completely finished. I turned my mobile data on after 30secs of purchase and i got a notification that i have consumed 50% of the package which was crazy. Like i just turned it on! Bad network service 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend.☹️👎
Non-functional
Horrid app, doesn’t even let me log in. What can you expect from an already failed company anyways? I’m going to change my telephone company
