Rude drivers, bad app
I have had several bad experiences with rude drivers for the service, one of whom got physical when he he insisted I booked 2 tickets instead of one. I am also unable to login to the app anymore, and with no support options, I will never be using this service again. You are better off taking a GG shuttle. The drivers there are always polite and professional, and you can pay with a card instead of cash.

Neither safe nor comfortable!
After many orders that has their ups and downs I firmly decided to get rid of the app and stop using the service when I received very rude, aggressive responses from the driver and afterwards, the “customer care” agent calling not to apologize for the inconvenience but to argue about my decision of not taking the ride!
Well, I really value my comfort and safety and using Yev Yev provides none of them.
