Very Bad App Look at RE Quality of the app and the service
Doesn’t even log in
Pathetic useless app. Doesn’t even login forget about working. How apple gave such a terrible app to be release on iOS.
App should also work horizontally
As some riders like to use their map application horizontally for better experience. It will be an improvement if app also works horizontally.
The navigation stops
The navigation experience on this bike falls short in several key areas:
* Unreliable Navigation: The navigation frequently disrupts when the engine is turned off, requiring users to restart the entire process. This is both inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially during long rides.
* Poor iOS Integration: The system does not seamlessly integrate with iOS devices, leading to an inconsistent and frustrating user experience for iOS users.
* Lack of Location Saving: The absence of a feature to save frequently used locations, such as home and work, adds unnecessary steps to the navigation process and increases the risk of input errors.
These limitations significantly detract from the overall user experience and hinder the effectiveness of the navigation system.

Phone number is not registered error
My phone number is 100% registered even it’s log in the website but the app is somehow unstable

Received an update and see that the preview and the actual app don’t match.

Not able to sign in with phone number
I am not able to sign in with registered phone number. Tried calling customer care for resolution but no update. Worst app

No wonder why yezdi and Jawa couldn’t compete with RE in India, it’s about quality!!!

Logs out of the app very frequently and throws network request failed, have to try multiple times to log in

Kindly update the app as it needs lot of improvements
Maps are not working properly.
There is no going back option in app as we need to close it in order to going back.
There should be offline map in application as in mountains there are no signals at all.
Most important Call and message option does not work at all, they are just show buttons

Does not work on IPhone
Getting error “currently you don’t have a valid Y5 vehicle registered” since a month. Figured it was app issue. Please fix this.

Navigation working fine, but live informations like calls, incoming call, missed call, messages are not notified in cluster, how to configure

Maps not that accurate with finding destinations. When searching for destination it gives suggestions, when choosing the suggestion it doesn't select it.

Worst Navigation System
This is a worst navigation app. The map doesn’t show all locations. We will be only able to enter some famous and popular destinations but not whatever destination we like.
Please integrate with google maps or apple maps so that we can have access to all locations and including petrol bunks, pharmacies, hospitals etc.
Also the routing is more accurate with Google maps and apple maps

Error message
Last month I bought YEZDI adventure. Application is showing an error message like you don’t have any Y5 vehicle registered. Help on this to connect with my bike.

How to setup calls ? Map is working fine while navigating. But, don’t know how to setup call notification.
