What's New in Yfit
1.1.6
September 24, 2026
What's new in v1.1.6 This one is about training at home with nothing but a floor. New - Eight no-equipment workouts: Legs, Chest, Abs, Back, Arms, Glutes, Full Body and Cardio. They have their own shelf and are free for everyone. - Quick filters above the exercise lists. Tap Home, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Legs, Glutes or Core, and combine them: Home and Chest together show floor work for the chest. - Bodyweight exercises now say what they need: nothing at all, a chair or step, a pull-up bar, a dip station or a captain's chair. Filtering for Home shows only what you can really do in your living room. - AI programs now follow the equipment you have at home more closely, and can include cardio machines such as the treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper and elliptical. - Walks and runs now appear in your History next to your workouts. - On iPhone, a walk in progress now shows on the Lock Screen with a live timer. - When you finish a walk, you now choose whether to save it to Apple Health. Fixes - The weight you enter during setup now appears on your progress chart straight away. - Steps from the first minutes of a walk were sometimes not counted. They are now. - Tips for bodyweight, band and stretching exercises no longer tell you to focus on form over weight. - The sleep editor is now translated into every language.
