Work sometimes
I’m very disappointed with the performance of this camera. The battery charges but only lasts a few minutes, even when plugged in. I would like a full refund for this purchase or a replacement with a device that works as advertised. Please let me know how to proceed.

Does Not Work
It’s impossible to set up. It won’t read the camera and scanning the QR code does nothing. Just terrible.
Used to be good
Used to work decently but now it takes 30-45 minutes and restarting my phone multiple times to get it to work. So it’s basically garbage now.
Crashes regularly
The app crashes every 2 minutes. Have to reopen and start the viewing from where I left off. Very frustrating. Thinking of removing app and getting different cameras. Not worth the hassle. Fix the app or remove it from service.
Basically bricked my camera
I’ve gone through the set up instructions every way possible it seems to set up the Wi-Fi on the camera, but then it never recognizes it. That is, the app doesn’t recognize that the camera is now connected, even though I have a green light on the camera. I don’t see any solution. It’s very frustrating.

I was a huge fan of this app/camera set up up until a few months ago where now the app only stay open for 3minutes tops and then closes, even while in the review/record mode. If this glitch could be rectified then this would easily be a 5 star

Never stays connected
I bought two devices from this company. One device was the phone charger port that never connected so I never got to use it. The other one was the smoke alarm and it always goes off-line and never stays online. Don’t recommend these cameras.

Good audio/video… when it works
This camera was good in the beginning. But slowly I started feeling the frustration when it would long delay opening up in the app. Soon it got to a point I was lucky if it opened. tried removing camera and re-syncing..nothing worked and no where to find support. Finally when it would work, the app would drop connection after about 45sec-1min. No abilities to update app or seek support. Disappointed. Camera quality and audio good, but I would recommend looking elsewhere
