This app is always glitching. It will say there’s no money in there. When I reach out they do get back to me quickly to fix the issue but it doesn’t feel safe. Recently it’s asking me to verify my identity by adding my current license. But the camera wasn’t working. I reached out and said wanted to move my money and I was unhappy with the app. They said it would be resolved. For some reason now it won’t let me take my money out, super sketch I wouldn’t use especially for large quantities of money

Cannot get past verification
2/22/26 - account fixed. Everything works. Wish APY was closer where advertised. It’s at 4.4% which is same as a HYSA.

I got this app a few weeks ago and it was working fine. For the past week or two I go on the app and it just keeps loading and eventually turns off. Is anyone else having this problem?
A scam
I decided to put my faith in an app that seemed revolutionary and legit but when I tried to withdraw money from the app back into my bank it suddenly doesn’t wanna work! But when it comes to taking my money there’s no issue! Now the money I tried to withdraw is just gone off the face of the earth. I wish I never trusted these people! There’s no way to even reach out and communicate the issue they provide no email or number! Scammers!

Cannot get past verification

Identity verification doesn’t work.
I tried both uploading an image, as well as a file for my bank statement. Neither work, i’m about ready to delete it. It’s so frustrating because they are both clear as day.
Identify Verification Does Not Work
I really want to use this app, but I cannot get past the identity verification step. I have tried over a dozen times. It always says the picture of my ID is too blurry, but I am using an iPhone 17 Pro with a high resolution camera and the picture is crystal clear with good lighting and perfectly legible. I have had no problem with ID verification in other apps. I give up.

The app is super simple to use and allows for me to earn passively.

I’m relatively new to crypto and wanted exposure to stablecoin yield. These guys make it easy to on-ramp funds and deposit my funds without me having to deal with the defi protocols directly. Simple and well done app
Great customer Service
I noticed that there was a bug in the app that didn’t let me see the money I invested. I contacted support and they were able to explain the situation and reassure me that my money is safe. They even credited me for my troubles. This is a great app and I think everyone should give it a try because you’re not gonna get a better apy anywhere else.

Can't even get past the identity verification process
I signed up for this app and everything worked smoothly until I went to go verify my identity. I got to the section where it was asking me where the income funds would be coming from. When I go to select my answers, there is no done button or anything so I can move onto the next screen. Please make this voiceover compatible. This is unfortunately a dealbreaker for me. I haven't began putting any money in.

scam - deposited money disappeared
deposited my usdc on base and then transferred it to my ‘earn account’. it then just vanished and isn’t showing up after refreshing and relogging.
