App is broken
The app is not allowing login which basically makes the lights worthless. Fix the app! I keep getting “9” when trying to log in.
Update: Was told by the company that they are no longer supporting this app. Was told to go to Tporig app to regain functionality.

Error 9 on log in
I cannot log into my app. I cannot do anything with my lights. Is there any buddy out there that has found a way to fix us. I spent a lot of money on these lights and I just need them to work, please.
Light control
I can no longer login into the app to control my lights.

The app suddenly stops working, so I can’t control the lights anymore. Please fix it, we spent quite a lot of money on the light installation.

Same as the other review. Had my lights up over a year. Now unable to login or register a new account.
App is broken and no way to contact customer service
The app is broken and will not allow me to login or register a new email. After entering username and password I receive an error and the number 9. The only way to access these lights is by using this app so please please fix this app! We paid good money for these lights only to not be able to use them now due to this app failure.

Can no longer log in suddenly. App support goes to non existent website
App problem
Had my lights for a little over a year and I can no longer login or create a new login or download the app on a different phone and start over because I get an error and I am not able to get into the app anymore to control my lights at all
