Customer service unfortunately they are not willing to help nor cooperate with the client, my order took 1 hour and 40 mins to be delivered while they promised to deliver the order within 40 mins. Tried to reach them through whatsapp & call center they just said few minutes your order on the way. Bad and very poor experience.

وش ذا التطبيق الي فالرياض جلس ٢٠ دقيقه يدور سائق. دخلت اشيك اشوف اذا الطلب طلع مع المندوب والقاه لسى يدور سائق!
