This software is so badly designed that you could not always find the stores at all! No customer service! Wasting time and money.

They canceled the order after almost 40 min and didn’t refund me, only gave me food credit

The order had a delivery estimate of 40 minutes. After nearly 40 minute they canceled the order without any explanation and then sent me an email that I will receive food credit rather than a refund to my credit card. I could not reply to the email, and could not receive support through the app. They force you to use Line to contact them. This was handled horribly at every step.
