Cannot get anything to connect and cannot get it to go to English

Can’t set temps higher than 60 F

The min and max temperature settings max out at 60 degrees F. This is way lower than I need and lower than the ranges that it offers. Updating didn’t change anything. Please fix this I want to use my lamps.
