Pretty Good
I generally like the intention of this app and what it can do. My only concern is the inaccuracy of the Earnings Snapshot. It has been off by >$100, and not in a good way. I do occasionally get the pop up reminders about discrepancies and to follow the VO but the VO isn’t updated until after month end.

I appreciate that I can get an estimate of my cheque near the end of the month. I really need to learn some of the other features and incorporate them in my business.
App rarely works.
This app rarely works for me. Almost every time I open it says try again later, something went wrong.
Will not work on ipad - has not for a month
I as hoping the Nov. 2024 update would fix this, but it has not. YL insights only works on my iphone. I have updated, deleted, reinstalled - several times - still nothing. I did it all again today - nothing. On the ipad, it's frozen on some diamonds page like a huge screenshot! Frustrating.
USELESS
UPDATE: App is still useless. It is hit or miss (usually a miss) if you are able to log in, even after properly logging out of both the YL Virtual Office and YL Insights. It’s a shame because this app was the only way to get earning estimates.
Heed all 1-Star reviews below… I will uninstall soon if not fixed as I have been waiting weeks for the remedy.

Nothing works anymore, won’t even show my new team members at all
Basically useless!
Ever since the last update, the earnings snapshot no longer shows the estimated commission for the month. For me, the app is useless without the earnings snapshot.

Since the update nothing has worked.
Consistently have problem signing in then, once in it takes forever to refresh.
I got it so I can track my sales and commission, however, it fails to calculate commission and will often just register ZERO. Which freaked me out the first time I saw it, now I know it’s just another cliche in the system.
The only reason I gave it TWO stars is because it used to be a great app and I’m hopeful it will regain its 5-stars with the next update to fix all the problem.

Update issues & overall lack of accurate info
Really hoping this app can improve, it’s helpful when it works, but the information is skewed pretty heavily, too.

No longer functional
I’ve had this app a few years now and had no issues until the past several months. I cannot enter the app. I get a message saying I cannot sign in due to my privacy settings. I’ve been patiently waiting for a fix, as I’ve seen many others noting the same problem, but there has been no word as of yet. Please fix it! 🙏🏻

App was great until a couple months ago
Loved this app but with last update it won’t let me log in saying my privacy settings aren’t working with it but everything is set for it to work. Seems like others are having the same issue. Hope this gets fixed.
No access
I just downloaded this app to help with YL and it took me to my app settings over 6 times. I changed the configurations multiple times to no avail! Going to uninstall sadly.
Can not log in
My YL insights app doesn’t even let me sign in and is useless for me at this point. It continues to say that I need to adjust my privacy settings but I don’t have it on any settings that would hinder the use of this app. It is so frustrating. I haven’t used it for months now because of this issue.
Update the app!!!!!
As soon as you download it! It says due to privacy settings!!! There are no privacy settings. You can’t get past the screen!! Update it!!! All reviews say you need to update it and get nothing is being done about it!!
Unable to set up
Become a brand partner for additional perks using this app…. But you can’t get in to set it up. I have reviewed my privacy and all my settings, turning off and on and still will not load except for the products page. I am supposed to get 90 days free, does this mean when I am actually able to sign up or starts or what? Disappointed to say the least…. Love the concept though!

Love it but there are problems
I love this app but since I’ve updated it and deleted and redownloaded it I have t been able to use the app. First it wouldn’t let me sign in and then it updated again and now it says my privacy settings won’t let me sign in but I can’t change them. It’s frustrating because I like the convenience of the app instead of going on my VO all the time.

App issues
The app was working well then all of a sudden it stopped. When bugs started it just took me to the landing page, I waited for update and now it won’t connect due to privacy setting but there is nothing I can find to change that will allow the app to connect. I have given the app all the permissions and still nothing. Help

Not the best app
Lots of bugs and issues. Also inaccurate data between Young Living Virtual office and YL insights. Never correctly reflects what’s going on with me or my team. Need a new app
