The AI answers all my calls and even schedule appointments so I can go without a receptionist. Saves a ton of time

Ai Business Support

As Ai is growing I will say this is the next level in that area. This app is able to connect with my team, my customers, connect with my Ai on what’s going on in the business and I have a direct line to the customer support! Great

I was searching for another phone line after Verizon cancelled their MyNumbers. Yobi is very responsive via chat on their website and helped me get my account set up. You will see a Yobi signature on texts messages until you sign up for their service. But it is removable after that. This service is way better than Verizon’s numbers. Thanks!

Good at what does, but needs a lot of work to be GREAT

This app needs a lot of work to be a great business app. There are several glitches that include photos not opening, text editing not working correctly, and accidentally deleting entire sentences. Also, the app glitches when opening to see new text/calls. You have to kill the app and reopen it to see new notifications. Clicking buttons doesn’t work at times. The app has some features that others don’t, like integrations with other platforms and and adding team members for seamless interaction with client. But the app lacks features that should be STANDARD for business phone apps. These include text auto-reply, setting business hours for auto-text, and voicemail to auto-text reply. These are needed for entrepreneurs trying to take their business to the next level. A lot of leads can/are lost because of this.

I realize this app is young, and it’s growing into itself. But at this time I can’t recommend it for businesses that are expanding their reach. A lot of leads could be lost due to the lack of no auto-response and weak CRM. To me this rating is closer to 2.5 stars than 3, but I gotta give props for them quickly fixing bugs and having great support team.

Great Alternative to Google Voice

I used to have a free acct with Google voice which now charges. This app was a great alternative for my small business - the only downside so far is the inability to customize your VM message greeting

Hi Ty, thank you! You can change the voicemail message greeting by going to the top left menu, channels, select your phone channel, voicemail and then either record it or upload a recorded one from your files. Enjoy using Yobi!

Five star app

This is definitely one of the best app you can get from Apple Store to protect your privacy for business and get the best out of it while using it due to its user friendly format. I love it and definitely recommend it to any kind of businesses.

Yobi is an amazing business phone and messaging app

Get all your messages conveniently in one app, Instagram, Messenger, Twitter, etc. plus a dedicated Yobi phone number. It doesn't get any better or easier than Yobi.

Yobi for business

It’s great for business, I can see all my calls in front of me with messaging and notes that I can add for myself. Looking forward to the integration with WhatsApp that’s coming soon.

I FEEL CHEATED!!!

its not YOBI to whom i charge with feeling left cheated, but yet with my prior business phone app. The crazy part is, the fact that my prior phone app actually was out of this world!!!!! but had a monthly pricetag attached! Yobi has surpassed "out of this world" to "OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!" 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 NO seriosuly! 💯💯💯💯💯💯 The options, flexibility, and quality of the not just the phone calls, and intergrations, but the app as w whole...and then to be FREE???!1! I am in Small Business HEAVEN!!!!

Yobi provides the messages that I need to read

I’m excited every time the Yobi release new updates. I’ve been using Yobi for 3 months and it saved me time . All I have to do is open Yobi and it provides me all the messages that I need to check from different platform. It separates my business messages vs my personal messages.

Great app to connect with clients!

This app makes it so easy for me to connect with clients regardless of which method they choose to get a hold me. Text, calls or through messenger - the message can be found in one spot. Love it!

I can see everything in one place!

I run a busy business. Yobi puts all our customer communications in one central place AND syncs with our CRM. Probably saves me a half hour a day and keeps me aware with zero hassle

My business messages in one place!

Finally, I’m able to message my customers from outside of Facebook. This is very useful when I’m on the go and want to manage comms without putting Facebook messenger on every one of my employee’s phones.
