Great
I was searching for another phone line after Verizon cancelled their MyNumbers. Yobi is very responsive via chat on their website and helped me get my account set up. You will see a Yobi signature on texts messages until you sign up for their service. But it is removable after that. This service is way better than Verizon’s numbers. Thanks!

Good at what does, but needs a lot of work to be GREAT
This app needs a lot of work to be a great business app. There are several glitches that include photos not opening, text editing not working correctly, and accidentally deleting entire sentences. Also, the app glitches when opening to see new text/calls. You have to kill the app and reopen it to see new notifications. Clicking buttons doesn’t work at times. The app has some features that others don’t, like integrations with other platforms and and adding team members for seamless interaction with client. But the app lacks features that should be STANDARD for business phone apps. These include text auto-reply, setting business hours for auto-text, and voicemail to auto-text reply. These are needed for entrepreneurs trying to take their business to the next level. A lot of leads can/are lost because of this.
I realize this app is young, and it’s growing into itself. But at this time I can’t recommend it for businesses that are expanding their reach. A lot of leads could be lost due to the lack of no auto-response and weak CRM. To me this rating is closer to 2.5 stars than 3, but I gotta give props for them quickly fixing bugs and having great support team.

Great Alternative to Google Voice
I used to have a free acct with Google voice which now charges. This app was a great alternative for my small business - the only downside so far is the inability to customize your VM message greeting

Hi Ty, thank you! You can change the voicemail message greeting by going to the top left menu, channels, select your phone channel, voicemail and then either record it or upload a recorded one from your files. Enjoy using Yobi!
