Where is cst service?!!!!
My insurance card is not registering and there is absolutely No One who can help with any problem!! What is the use of the app if it’s faulty and with NO support?!!

اسواء خدمة ممكن تلاقيها بعد ساعات من استلام الاوردر بيتلغي عشان مشاكل داخلية. اقل وقت توصيل ٣ ساعات ده لو العلاج جئ ماشي علي رجله مايخدش ٣ ساعات
تحديث لا تزال اسواء خدمة دول عبارة عن سماسرة ادوية كل وظيفتهم انهم يوجهوا الروشتة لاي صيدلية. والغريب اني عملت طلب الساعة ٢:٣٠ بعد الظهر يتم اهمال الطلب حتي منتصف الليل، أنا طالب ادوية من الصيدلية مش تذاكر سينما midnight عشان يكلموني آخر الليل وكمان يلغوا الطلب لعدم الرد اهمال متعمد وخدمة اسواء ما يكون دون اعتبار لمرض او اي شيء وكمان لا يوجد طريقة للتواصل ولما حاول اعمل طلب جديد تلاقي التوصيل الساعة ١:٠٠ بعد منتصف الليل ده الميعاد المتاح المفروض مريض يفضل صاحي للفجر عشان يستلم العلاج، آخر تهريج وفشل في اداء اي خدمة مفيدة، الافضل اني أتحامل علي نفسي وانزل اجيب العلاج بنفسي الصبح وبلاها سماسرة عديمي القيمة.

Terrible service ever
This app has one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever encountered. Reaching out for help is a nightmare and when they finally reply, it’s unhelpful and dismissive. The communication is completely lacking, making it frustrating to use, especially for something as important as medical services. If you’re looking for reliability and proper assistance, look elsewhere. This app is not worth the hassle.

Ridiculous service
I’ve tried this service multiple times and they are consistently late and hard to reach… today I made an order and after 4 hours they didn’t even approve my meds. And to reach support, u have to request a call, that they return over an hour later…. All in all… 5 hours and they still didn’t initiate the order….خدمة فاشلة

Very bad unreliable service
Totally unsatisfied with the service and bureaucracy within the company. They even did not try to help or solve the mistakes!!
Solve your issues with pharmacies without involving customer
Idea of this app is great! But execution is bad. Especially when pharmacy tells that it wants additional money for delivery claiming that destination is far from them. If it’s the case, you should never use this pharmacy for my requests and use another one that is close. But again this pharmacy has been delivering medicine to me the whole year and it was for the first time they asked something like this. So fix this issue

the order takes hours to be delivered and you have to wait with your phone next to you this whole time because they call you once to check and if you didn’t answer from the first call they cancel the order immediately even after you waited for hours and they close the lines all the time you can’t even reach them anymore you can’t call them and you can’t complain even if you made a request to talk to one of them they send a message saying one of us will call you and never call back
They cancel the order if you reply to them a minute late but you have to wait hours for the order and hours to talk to one of them the customer service is so bad

Unreliable if you need urgent/important medication
Too slow, don’t care about your urgency for the medication. When they say order will take 3 hours, it means it will take t least 6, or maybe wait till next day.

Terrible customer service!
First order, realized that if will be delivered in 3 hours. Looked everywhere trying to reschedule to a later time during the day, not an option! So, I cancelled the order. They called me back asking who I cancelled. I explained the situation, they promised to contact the pharmacy to reschedule. Surprisingly, I receive a call from the the pharmacy delivery claiming that he’s knocking the door with no answer!! So, I returned to cancel the order … again! And they called me back again! Giving me the same promise again! Eventually, nothing was delivered! So, I walked in a pharmacy to get my medicine. They told me the insurance rejected cause it’s already dispatched!!!! So, I’m in touch with the 5th different agent who has no clue about any history of contact with me, providing me with the pharmacy address to go and collect it myself!!!! Seriously!!! Lovely service!!
