no sound

Even after paying $9.99 for the Premium version, I was unable to get any sound. Wrote to the developers 3X, did not receive a response. The app wd be great for what I need. I like the organization, graphics, choices. I wonder what happened to the people behind this app?

Useless when sound doesn’t work!!!!

As above. Sound doesn’t work and ticket failed when I tried to contact us!

This was a game changer for my son

My 9 year old son had cancer which attacked his lungs and he ended up in ICU. This was the only app created that was created to help communicate with those who cannot speak bc medical issues. My son was on a ventilator and wanted to speak but couldn’t. He was frustrated and it was hard to see him like this. When I found this app, I downloaded it to an iPad and gave it to him and he was able to talk through the icons and buttons. It was amazing. I educated them doctors and nurses on this app and suggested that they have this for all patients in this scenario. Thank you for creating this app. It means more than you know to all of those that need it most. Thank you!!
