App does not recognize correct username and password combination
I originally created an account using the Yoga by Degrees website and when I tried to use the same info to log into the app it keeps saying “incorrect username or password” and locks the account and/or forces me to create a new password. The first time I was using an auto generated strong password and the second time I used a self created password. Same error message each time. Unclear what the issue is. Unfortunate.
