Been using the app on and off for years but in the last year much more consistently and the results are clear. I’m about to turn 50, been training for 14 years and if it wasn’t for a consistent yoga practice I might not still be training at all! The classes are so extensive you can find one for any situation, waking up, before class, after class, before bed, for particular injuries, short classes, long classes and everything in between. The language used is quite straightforward and not off putting like some yoga can be, and knowing it is all being designed by other grapplers gives you confidence that it will combine perfectly with your grappling practice.
