This is the best yoga Nidra app I have come across so far. And unlike others, I like the fact there is no music playing in the background

Just downloaded and did the 15 minute program. The eyebrow center is repeated 3 times. I used the in app feedback. The website doesn’t exist. Thanks for the update. Repeating the eyebrow center now makes sense.

Authentic Yoga Nidra!
As far as I can tell, scripts for yoga nidra session used in this app seem authentic! Love the option of different lengths of each session with 5 minutes increments. Any chance to extend to longer sessions in the future updates please? Also, option to switch off the background music (ocean waves) would be great as well.
