No way to redeem codes
I can’t find how to redeem a code advertised on Facebook within the game. UCN Game.com said to hit “benefits” and a new window will pop up so I can redeem a code but no such window exists. I can’t find the option anywhere. I’m trying to use the “VIP4444” code. I’m on Cinder Server Name: Reka

Annoying issues
I feel like I need to edit and leave a better review. Because why is this game still alive?
1. The game will play for you. You will level fast. You will get gear. It won’t take long to progress.
2. Once you get to a point though and you’re required to get into certain areas? They’re are pvp capable. And you will be locked out by pvper.
3. This game is very very P2W. They have also just taken this game and reskinned it and released it again and again. You can buy things to make yourself stronger. Join a clan of others who do the same. And gatekeep the PvE zone bosses you need late game that allow PvP.
4. These clans are also very toxic and I’m glad I made a couple of best gaming friends and took them away from this game and onto better games with me. Do not play games that use this model.

It is a super heavy pay to win game, you can have 30 free players vs 1 pay to win player, and 30 players will still lose. It’s that kind of pay to win game
Mobile game that’s not mobile
Great game and really hate to leave it but it won’t load on mobile data no matter how strong the signal and when I contacted customer support about it I was more or less told that’s a me problem and I would have to play on wifi or I couldn’t play

Greedy
Very greedy game. The drop rate for everything is below 0.5% from paid items to even free items. Consider a different game like genshin impact with low drops rate that a couple of people know vs this game. Hands down genshin has the best drop rate vs this game. You cannot get anything unless you have a friend of the opposite sex. Even then, you can grind a whole day without so much as getting the item posted that is guaranteed to get. Crafting is also unfair: you can have 4/5=90% and fail. Enuff said. Dev is greedy for everything and with that said ill take my business elsewhere. This is a warning to new players. Avoid like the plague till dev gets some common sense.

No customer support
The customer support in this game doesn’t care about anything you have to say. They are not friendly. They will not take any action against cheaters, or people who harrass you. Profane language, racial slurs, anything is acceptable. There is a player using 8-9 different characters to send himself gifts to win the CS likes event every event. He also has 8-9 different personalies and harrasses everyone verbally in all chats. I was a sucker who spent over $1,000 into this game and still have to deal with trolls and pest, and rampant cheating with total disregard from support.

Great pvp game BUT....
Probaly one of the best pvp app games around but soooooooo much down fall... there’s no in game updates besides trying to make u buy more items and spend more money.. they won’t up date dungs that are not finished... customer service is terrible they don’t wanna be bothered.. they don’t help for ****. The game is PURE play to play. They really don’t give back to the players, the drop rates are the worst I ever seen in a game..the game is basically dead other then the toxic players that still play cause they have no real life.. I’ve been playing a year now and regret ever spending money on this game... I’ve spent WAYYYY TO MUCH..but that’s the past.. the events are all bugged they don’t fix these problems.. they never do server maintenance unless they do a server merge..If they fixed all the problems and stopped worrying about money then the game would be 5 star and be more alive and wayyyyy more players and u would make more money from it
