Fat to fit
I was an absolute unit, but since using yoked I’ve watched myself slowly becoming, well, yoked. There’s something about getting daily feedback that actually works and as simple as it is, I’m actually seeing results 🤷♂️
Finally got my dream body
It was a little demotivating to see my body was a 19, but Yoked generated me a customized routine. I lost 30 pounds and now I’m getting compliments from everyone—and tons of looks from my female friends. Would highly reccomend
