⭐ 0 Star – Stay Away from Yolcu360 they are scammers
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company.
Yolcu360 was not honest about their pricing from the beginning. When I arrived to collect the car, I asked to pay the deposit using a card machine. They told me they did not have a card machine and demanded that I give them my credit card details instead.
After they took my card details, they tried to take money from my account without my authorization. I immediately froze my card and called the police.
Unfortunately, because I do not speak Turkish and the police officers did not speak English, I was unable to explain the situation properly. I felt completely helpless and unsupported.
They kept my deposit and charged me an additional £500 for scratches that I dispute and do not accept as my responsibility.
I was about to miss my flight, so I had no choice but to return the car and leave, even though the issue was not resolved.
Customer service was extremely unhelpful. Communication was very difficult, and they were unable to provide any meaningful support.
This experience caused me significant financial loss, stress, and frustration.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Yolcu360 and any rental company associated with them. I will never use this service again.

Araç arızalı her şeyi bozuk hiç bir şekilde arkasında durmuyorlar saatlerdir ailemle yol ortasında mağdur bırakıldım….hala yolda çekici bekliyorum…saatler oldu puanım sıfır bile değil eksi

Uygulamaya girilmiyor. Giriş yap diyorum numaramı yazıyorum devam et düğmesine basıyorum sonrası gelmiyor. Bilgisayardan giriş yapabildim ama telefondan sms şifre kısmına geçmiyor güncelleme vs bişe gerekiyor sanırım. Sunucularınızla bağlantı kurulmuyor

Yolcu360 üzerinden bir araba kiralama şirketinden araba kiraladım ve aradan 17 gün geçmesine rağmen, henüz depozito iadem hesabıma yansımadı!
