Yolk: Alarm Clock & Habits

No account, login, registration or demo credentials exist anywhere in the app — every feature is reachable immediately on first launch. WHAT THE APP DOES Yolk is an alarm clock that makes you prove you are awake before it stops ringing. In place of snooze there is a wake-up mission: sums, retyping a phrase, matching colour tiles, shaking the phone, walking a set number of steps, squats, or photographing a spot you registered earlier. Around the alarm there is a pet loop — every verified wake-up feeds an egg, which hatches into one of eight creatures that then joins a collection called the Coop. There are also habit alarms (water, stretch, medication) that use the same missions, a sleep calculator that counts back from the next alarm in 90-minute cycles, and a morning-by-morning report. Dismiss it with the X top-right; the app is then fully usable. To see a mission without waiting for a real morning, set an alarm one minute ahead on the Alarm tab and lock the phone. The alarm rings, the chosen mission appears, and finishing it is what counts as a verified wake-up. The five tabs need no setup: - Alarm — the wake alarm, plus habit alarms - Sleep — bedtime suggestions counted back from the next alarm - Morning — points, the Coop and the verified wake streak - Report — wake times, streaks and time-to-get-up per morning - Settings — sounds, mission difficulty and the PRO card PERMISSIONS Each is explained on screen before the system prompt, and declining leaves the rest working: - Alarms and timers (onboarding) — without it the alarm cannot ring on silent or in a Focus mode, which is the one moment the app exists for - App Tracking Transparency (onboarding) — asked only because the free plan shows ads; the app behaves identically either way and PRO has no ads - Camera (first photo mission) — the registered spot is matched on device; photos never leave the iPhone - Motion (first step or squat mission) — read only while an alarm is ringing, never stored or uploaded FREE VS PRO The app is usable for free, with ads. Free users get the alarm, one mission per alarm, one habit alarm, four of the six sound packs, the sleep calculator, the reports and the pet loop. PRO removes ads, unlocks mission chains for heavy sleepers, unlimited habit alarms, the Heavy Sleeper and Lo-fi Morning packs, and doubles points per wake-up. Points earned by waking up can also be spent on a temporary PRO pass — that is an in-app reward, not a purchase. IN-APP PURCHASES All three plans are in the "Yolk PRO" group and all three are visible on the paywall without expanding anything, with the billed amount as the largest text on each card: - Yolk PRO Yearly (yolk_premium_annual) — USD 69.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial - Yolk PRO Monthly (yolk_premium_monthly) — USD 8.99 per month, no trial - Yolk PRO Lifetime (yolk_premium_lifetime) — USD 159.99 once, a non-consumable, not a subscription We confirm that USD 159.99 is the intended price of the Lifetime option. It is a one-time purchase that replaces the subscription entirely, priced against roughly two years of the yearly plan, for people who prefer to pay once.
