User UNFRIENDLY
This app is inconsistent with regularly not giving me access. Regularly does not go back to touch identity and then doesn’t recognize my account number or password. It’s the most non working app I have! Calling, guided to setting up an extra step with a code has not worked as well!
It’s okay
Basically, it works for the things I need it to do. I can transfer money between accounts, send money to other members (generally my kids), and pay my home equity loan. It is a bit clunky, however, with an odd design. It also has some disconnected links or items that don’t work. For example, I couldn’t download the transactions into Quicken from my credit card account (although my checking and savings accounts worked). I also hate the timer which boots you out too quickly. On the old website, there was a nice feature where you could press a button for 15 more minutes. Now, whenever I am balancing my accounts (and going in and out of YCFU), I have to resign in a half-dozen times. I’m still glad to be part of a local CU and finally out of the big banks, but it is a bit of an inconvenience using this program. Keep working on it, please!
