Good Potential
Having to turn on 24-hour time is a stupid idea in the first place. And the UI revamp would be an interesting thing to see in the near future. The customer services by the bank staff are awesome.

This application is very bad screen view for ipad user.
No customer care
Even after their app update messed up and not being able to use for many days, no customer care is happening. What a disappointment

Too bad during the version upgrade process apps suddenly stopped working and the call center number are shutdown. Top management level from Bank should do the PR and applogies the customers inconveniences and frustration.
