All the transactions are done in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Untimely cancellation of the trial period may be one of the reasons of money withdrawal, but there are some more reasons , such as purchasing a subscription without free trial, as not all the subscription plans have free trial included (one year subscription plan doesn't include free trial); previously installing the application under the same Apple ID. To address this issue promptly, please contact our support team via e-mail support@reciport.com explaining the situation in detail. When a recipe is shown or spoken only within the video itself and not available as structured text, accurate extraction may not be possible. In those cases, the app may attempt to use available descriptions or comments, which can be incomplete or inconsistent. This reflects a current technical limitation of processing unstructured video content, not a misrepresentation of the app’s functionality. We continue to improve our systems to support more video-based recipes over time and appreciate user feedback as part of that process. Regarding the recipe import , sometimes incomplete ingredient/method extraction can occur due to formatting differences or restrictions on how content is structured on external platforms. If a post doesn’t follow a standard recipe format, the system may capture only part of the information. That said, it definitely should not consistently miss the method section, and we would be happy to investigate this further if you’d like to contact our support team with a specific example.
