The date is not updating, it’s about a month behind, I’ve tried to click on the current date but it doesn’t work. So now it’s useless!

I have tried so many times I can not count to bind this ring. If it connects it doesn’t do anything. Customer service is non exsistent. Please do not waste your money!
Glitchy
Ring often doesn't record sleep or will stop recording during sleep session. Sometimes it will erase history too.

stop working im on the the second ring within few months battery is last one day and getting worse by now and the battery is lasting like less than 12 hours and connection take a while ,love the ring but this issue makes me hate it

Don’t record all readings
I have copd, so I need to be able to track o2 in real time! This ring will measure 92 and 93 several times in a row, but when I try to pull up the graphs, the lower numbers never show up! It does however show lowest reading to be 92?!?! Also has to be charged 2x a day and it’s new?!?!

App will not stay connected to ring & needing to repair them every time is a problem. Need a fix!
Not consistent
Ring won’t stay connected and takes a long time to connect. I love the concept but it’s becoming just a piece of jewelry 😔
