App doesnt work, says unable to retrieve data from server every time ive tried to use it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue.

I downloaded this app a week ago, but it doesn’t open. It says: ‘connection error’, yet all my other apps work fine

This app works on my phone but not on my ipad will not let me log in. Very disappointed in this. You would think as much as YORK brags about this app they would make sure it works. Its unfortunate i have to give it 1 star
