Pay but no product
Subscribed via App Store for iPad. Cannot download. Did as instructed and contacted the magazine and have not had a response and have had to chase up. Don’t have what paid for. Poor customer service.
Good but has bugs
I read this on an iPad mini 2. The reading area takes up slightly more than a page so occasionally I’ll find myself having to scroll down 1 cm. At the moment there’s a bug where when I try to download the July 2019 edition, it starts but then the app closes suddenly. Tried it a few times now but it’s not obvious why this is happening. Other than this I would recommend because it’s far cheaper than buying in the shop.

I can't even get it in, let alone buy any issues with it. First app I have ever had trouble with.
Ten minutes later...
... Loading. Deleted the app.
