Events, deadlines, birthdays. All on one calendar.
"When does this coupon expire?" "Did I miss the application deadline?" This calendar helps you catch those things in time.
FOUR WAYS TO ADD THINGS
- Event: a date, with an optional time
- Range: several days, like a school break or a trip
- Deadline: coupons, applications, car inspections
- Annual: birthdays and anniversaries
Event names appear on the calendar in category colors. You can add categories and choose names, colors, and symbols.
WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPEATS
Repeat events and deadlines weekly or monthly, on a day of the month or the last day. For days some months lack, like the 31st, skip those months or use the last day. You can also skip a single occurrence.
DEADLINES THAT SHOW UP EARLY
Choose how many days before a deadline to start highlighting it. A coupon you notice on its last day is too late; highlight it 7 days early. Mark it complete to remove it from Upcoming and notifications; it stays on the calendar with a check.
The Upcoming tab lists overdue items first, then today, then by date, using symbols and text as well as color.
NOTIFICATIONS
Deadlines notify you from their highlight day, and birthdays on the day, at a time you choose (9:00 AM by default). Notifications that couldn't be scheduled are listed in Settings.
ADD EVENTS WITH AI
Copy the instructions from Settings > Record with AI into your AI chat's settings, then ask, for example, "Dentist next Tuesday at 3 PM, add to my planner." Tap the link it returns, check the details, and tap Add. You can also paste a whole reply to add several events. The app itself sends nothing to AI services.
SYNC ACROSS IPHONE, IPAD, AND MAC
Turn on Sync with iCloud to keep events, categories, and goals the same on devices using the same Apple Account. Data is encrypted on the device and stored in your iCloud; the developer cannot see it. Offline changes are merged later. If an event was changed differently on two devices, the later change is kept and the other is listed under Conflicts. Sync is off by default.
IPAD AND MAC
On iPad and Mac (Apple silicon), the month and the selected day sit side by side. On Mac, keyboard shortcuts move between months and days, jump to today, add an event, and save.
GOALS ABOVE THE CALENDAR
Keep this year's and this month's goals in view. No progress bars. Collapse them anytime.
HOLIDAYS
Japan's holidays come from Cabinet Office data, included through 2027 (equinox holidays are announced each February). Later months are clearly marked as outside the included data. In Settings > Holidays, switch to U.S. federal holidays (2024-2030) or UK bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland (2019-2028).
ENGLISH AND JAPANESE
If your device's first language isn't Japanese, the app appears in English. Your own titles, notes, and goals are never translated.
WEATHER (OPTIONAL)
See the weather for a chosen city on the selected day: forecasts up to 9 days ahead and the past 10 days. Location is not used; choose from cities in Japan.
YOUR DATA
Events are saved on your device, and in your iCloud only if you turn on sync. Weather connects to Apple's weather service only when turned on. No account, no ads. The app never asks for access to photos, contacts, location, or calendars, and asks about notifications only when you turn them on. You can export your records as JSON.
PLEASE NOTE
- Exported files can't be imported in this version.
- Sync works only between devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Sharing with others isn't supported.
- Sync is not a backup. Deleting an event on one device deletes it everywhere.
- Notification, weather, and display settings are per device. A deadline completed on iPhone may still notify on Mac until you open the app there.
- Weather cities are in Japan only. U.S. holidays are federal only.
- The app doesn't connect to the built-in Calendar app.
