Bad app design, non existent support
Title says it all; no confirmation before placing order, unable to cancel or adjust order in any way and compulsory 20% tip by default on deliveries. TERRIBLE design
Orders incomplete
Second time ordering for delivery and both times, items were missing.
If you log out you can't log back in
I keep trying to log back in and it won't let me. It keeps trying to make me make a new account but it won't accept my number because I already have an account.

Locked out “Phone Number Taken”
I’ve been using this app to order ahead for a while now. It had its kinks but overall was reliable for ordering my food… until today. Upon opening the app, I was prompted to update it, so I did. When I’m able to open the app again, I’m directed to a “Complete Your Profile” page where I have to enter my phone number and birthday. I’m not optimistic at this point because it looks like a registration page and I’m not seeing any way to get to where I can just login using my existing account. There’s no back button or any redirect to another page for existing users. Only toggles for notifications and promos and a “Save Changes” button. When I tap on “Save Changes” it tells me “Oops! Phone has already been taken” which I anticipated, but Yoshinoya this is bad design and your app is completely inaccessible now.

Logged me out and asking for my info again. And it says phone number already been taken. I can’t log in or log out. That’s not good. Already delete the apps and redownload and still does the same thing
Update sucks
I already have an account but After updating you have to enter you phone number and bday but since my number is already in use I can’t use the app because when I put my number in it says it’s taken and doesn’t have an option if you already have an existing number

I appreciate one vs other’s cooker, this day shift cooker cares about her customer’s satisfaction then other’s because the taste & fresh of the food each order. She use fresh oil grease and do what customer requested then other’s don’t care,use day old oil grease, no tasted fresh food, and no smile at customers while being at counter purchase the meal. Manager acknowledges it but don’t others to do the same motive

I can’t check out. When I am at “pay out” button the screen just shuts down. Is there a fix for this?
