App is no good
It was recommended to me to download the app but I can’t even get past the password screen and clicking on web support is non-existent. Just call the number or go to their website. 🙈

I am unable to login or register. I will continue to us Flywheel since this app doesn’t work. I even removed app and installed

It sucks fix it!!
This app sucks always freezing up, shows looking for taxi then freezes and it keeps you wondering if a cab is even coming or not! And the buttons to cancel ride doesn’t work!!

This app no longer works. It was one of the best most reliable taxi apps in San Francisco. Now it's a dead horse.

Then it tells me i need to register my phone number

I call yellow cab. Some dude tells me to e-mail pablo at yellow cab sf.
Hate to say it. Because cabbies r much better drivers than uber/lyft drivers. But yellow cab needs to put a pin in it. Sell if it’s assests and go out of business

Unusable
I have an account but when I try to login with my cellphone number I get an error message that I have to register my cellphone number. There is not an option to login with email or get a code.
Terrible update
What is with this app, I have gone through 2-3 “updated versions of this app and the latest one is Terrible Since last update:
Option to “Book Now” is always grayed out

Whatever company was paid to create this app did a lousy job. It’s got to be hurting the cab company’s business.

YoTaxi 1.11 is completely broken
After installation the only thing that it does is display a message saying the app is unavailable. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn’t help.
Meanwhile my partner’s phone with an older version of the same app works perfectly. There should be a way to install older versions of the app if the current one doesn’t work.

New app never worked.
New app never worked for me so I continued to use old app until that stopped working so had to go old school and call in. Worst app ever.
Very big downgrade
The previous app was much better. Twice now I’ve had two cabs dispatched instead of one, leading to confusing calls from cab drivers. I can’t store favorite places any more. They have my credit card info, but the drivers charge me in the car, so it doesn’t make things easier. The drivers don’t like it either.

Not great…prior version worked fine.
Kept getting an error message (in Spanish!) that my phone number was not in the proper format (I think). Tried to fix it; wouldn’t let me. Deleted app, tried again. No go. Not it says my account is deleted; check with admin. Tried calling, emailing. No response. Prior version worked fine and cabs are better (and often cheaper) drivers than rideshare. Sorry to see it go…

Lousy Update
This recent update is the classic example of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. The old app was great. Visuals were clear, previous destinations listed so all one had to do was choose, and the receipt for the ride was sent via email. The latter was great if you need to keep track for tax purposes. Now, you have to type in the address and receipts are no longer sent so you have to collect the paper ones from the driver. Visuals aren’t great either. I guess their IT staff had to create work for themselves to justify their continued employment.

Scam
I downloaded the app because the previous app I was using without issues was discontinued by SF yellow cab. The first time I used the app, I booked the taxi with my credit card information and the driver told me that no payment was provided so I had to pay him, next day my bank showed the charge from the app. Today it happened again and unfortunately, the driver didn't get paid because I showed him that I booked the rite with my credit card. He was upset. I called the company and after 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer I hung up. I'm going to delete this app and keep using uber.

Shuts down
I’ve been trying to book a trip in advance and when I confirm destination and pickup location the app shuts down.
Told me to download and use
But when I tried to use the language is in Spanish and it says my phone number doesn’t doesn’t work with the new app.
