Can’t watch a movie even after paying

I downloaded this app because I missed home and wanted to watch some shows that are unavailable on youtube but are on Ugandan tv channels, and guess what, after paying subscription I still am unable to watch anything as nothing really pops up and if it does it will be frozen until you give up the wait; I really wanted to watch the prefects TV show but this was in vain, and i am disappointed.

Background play
It’s a great app for Ugandans everywhere. The only problem is that one has to keep the app open all the time to listen. If the phone goes into standby mode, the app will stop streaming the radio. This causes too much battery drain. The developers should work on background play too.
