You-AR-Ok is an augmented reality (AR) buddy to promote resilience at a time of stress. Using any smartphone, you can port your personal interactive avatar into your home. The AR avatar, YARO, will talk to you and prompt responses/self-reflection and create a natural language processing-generated journal for therapeutic benefits. You-AR-Ok acts as a 'self-help' buddy to guide you to a better state of mental health in an engaging way. This app is available at no cost to the user.
