Recently started using this app and it’s been a welcomed addition to my daily routine. Helps me stay positive and sharpens my mindset on my goals. The widget on my homepage is one of my favorite features as a reminder. I also can’t stop using the daily gratitude journal - it’s a game changer for focusing on the important things in life. Definitely worth paying for!

Amazing app. It’s worth it and 100% helps you keep your mental health in a good place. I’ve been on this app for a week and it’s significantly improved my mental health in that time.
Giving gratitude daily
I just started using this app, but already really enjoying the features - from the daily affirmations to reset my mindset when my brain wonders to negativity, setting a personalized affirmation that helps with focus and the ability to manifest and lastly recording what I am thankful for daily and the ability to set alarms to stay consistent with this habit. Please add a streak mechanism..it states it coming soon!
