Unbelievably stupid update

You have got to be kidding me! All of my data was the lead or at least is not showing in the new update. How in the world could this have been tested?if the date it is truly gone forever you should be embarrassed to be a developer. If the file is still sitting on the phone then bring back the old version so we can get our data.
