You haven't updated your You Record App in 2 years. Have you abandoned it?
If not, may I ask if there is a way to use one of the buttons on my iphone XR that will automatically start, pause and stop a recording in your app? I would love to be able to press a button on my iphone, without taking my eyes of of the road while driving, to start a "remind me" recording. I often think of things I need to do while driving.

After iOS 18 the widget to quickly make a recording is gone. Please bring it back. Thanks

Per AppAdvice this was supposed to be free today…
This app was one of the apps that AppAdvice made free today. I haven’t figured out a way to confirm that this app was free. Sure would like to hear from the developer on this one.
Not syncing
The app is simple on the watch, but once a recoding is finished, it is NOT showing up on the iphone version. It is completly stuck on the watch, and when restoring the watch, the files are gone. Until this gets fixed (if it ever does) don't use it on the watch.

Disappointed!
After discovering this app I decided it was just what I wanted and I installed it on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I then decided to install it on my Apple Watch Series 7 and that is when the problem started… After 3 unsuccessful attempts and wasting nearly an hour I decided to give up. I’ll try installing on my Apple Watch Series 7 again a couple of times and if I’m not successful I’ll uninstall it from my iPhone 14 Pro Max - I want this app on both or not at all. Disappointed!

I cand find where its saving the audio files, cant delete old recordings, and it crashes. yay me. Why doesnt apple vet these apps for quality? Should be delisted till it works right.

Probably their devices or applications do not support Apple’s Core Audio Format (.CAF container for lossless LPCM audio codec). Try to send a compressed copy. To make this copy: 1. Select a recording; 2. Press ‘+’ button on the bottom of the screen; 3. Choose AAC.M4A. If you use Email, this application itself offers format options automatically.
Не сохраняет в iCloud
В настройках стоит Documents Storage - iCloud Drive, но по факту все записи хранятся только локально на телефоне (уже 3Gb). Как заставить хранить в облаке?

К сожалению этого не позволяет система. Благо, сегодня это меньший по размеру индикатор в углу.

Пожалуйста обновите приложение. Поддержка присутствовала начиная с версии 2.1 (актуальная 3.3). Сегодня возможно использовать приложение на Apple Watch даже без предварительной установки на iPhone.
