I recently used the YOU APP delivery service in Bahrain and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The app was difficult to navigate and the ordering process was cumbersome. The delivery was delayed by one and a half hours and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and unsatisfactory. The customer service was poor, with unhelpful and indifferent representatives. Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. It's shameful and disgusting. I highly recommend using other delivery apps like Talabat, Ahlan, and Jahez, as they are much more reliable. Do not waste your time or money with the YOU APP. 👎👎

برنامج فاشل و القائمين عليه غير متعاونين

للأسف من اسوء البرامج الي تعاملت معاها ليس لديهم اي ذره احترافيه في العمل الطعام رديء و يوصل بارد و فوق ذي اداره الابكليشن ترفض التعاون و فوق هذا كله تفاجئت اليوم بخبر فصلها لعدد كبير من الموظفين و عدم اعطائهم رواتبهم للأسف مافيهم انسانيه ، الجشع صفه سيئه

فشلة ، فصلوا البحرينيين ولم يعطوهم رواتبهم واستبدلوهم بالاجانب.

سيء جداً

التطبيق جداً سيء كل شي في التطبيق مافيه ابديت والطلبات تتاخر وماتوصل ما انصح تستخدمونه ابداً ، لكن كلمة حق تنقال من ناحية فريق البرنامج ومساعدتهم وانهم يدورون رضا الزباين هذا شي لايعلى عليه مو مقصرين بصراحة بس التطبيق ما انصح فيه ابداً
