I hope this app can let me highlight and translate directly any words in readings, so that I can understand all the contents. In other apps of my phone, I can easily press and hold any words, then choose “Translate”.
Good for reading the Bible day by day
I downloaded it because even though I’m Catholic, I’ve yet to sit down and read the Bible cover to cover. I also don’t go to church as often as I should. I liked that the app has the same readings you would hear in church on that day and the reflections. It also helped me feel accountable and I wanted to be more active in my faith. However, I’ve deleted it twice now and won’t be reinstalling it. One of the reflections was emphasizing how we should vote which I think is inappropriate. It felt like they were trying to push something that wasn’t even relevant to that day’s readings and instead using God to push an agenda. It was weird. The “homily” portion comes off as controlled group think. So in a way, thanks, cause I’m going to church more so I can hear an actual priest preach.

Simple and Useful habits
This app for the youth catechism has been an awesome tool in my belt as a youth leader. The daily notifications are helpful and inspiring to bring my mind to God and teach me something new. The app teaches what we believe in bite sized chunks.

Very good
Although this app does not have a lot of features, it is still very good for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time to spend on reading the Bible, as you read one or two short passages. I love it.
