Keeps breaking
same issue repeats for over a year

i canceled my pro subscription last year because i got tired of having to sign in only to see my account downgraded to the free version due to some problem on y’all’s end and having to wait hours or even days for you to fix.
a few days ago i thought i’d give it another chance given that y’all had been aware of the issue and after almost a year, i figured the problem was likely to have been resolved.
upon sign in, i saw the offer for a free trial with no credit card required. that seemed like a nice way to see if the pro version is worth paying for again.
i got partway through research for a foundation from which to grow a project before putting it aside for the weekend.
and when i attempted to resume this afternoon, i saw that i was logged out and when i logged back in, it’s though i had never used this app before in my entire life. no history. no custom agents. no access to pro features.
i want to use this but i can’t afford to lose everything when i’m inexplicably logged out. this app should not be logging me out but even if it does, i would expect that by signing up for an account in the first place, my data would be saved.
i want to be able to access all these powerful tools with one account, but i do not have the luxury of repeatedly rebuilding my research base - one of my main reasons for using this is for keeping track of various branches of research and having a means of referencing them later on. i could at least do that before. so this is decidedly much worse.
thank goodness your trial didn’t require a credit card because now i won’t have to cancel. this is nuts.

Sehr schlecht orchestrierte AI-App!
Weil ich, wenn ich auf Deutsch frage diese App sofort ins Englische übersetzt und dann nicht versteht, was ich gefragt habe und sich nicht umstimmen lässt und dennoch blöd fragt ob ich das auf Deutsch noch mal wiederholen könnte. Außerdem hallo sinniert diese App aufs aufs heftigste, anstatt zuzugeben, dass es nichts gefunden hat. Noch sehr viel Nachholbedarf. Sehr viel Nachholbedarf.
So wird man kein DarkTech-Unternehmer!

Possible Scam
The upgrade button next to my profile was still there and clickable, and when I clicked the app basically thought I was trying to upgrade again.
I was never able to use a custom model or do anything cool, but on the bright side, I did pay twenty bucks for no reason.
