MIDI Failure

This app has such potential, but each time I try to load a MIDI file, it only loads one instrument part - and even then, it doesn’t sound anything like the original. I got this to work with my MIDI files which is not doable at the moment.

Awesome helper!

This is a great app! A major boost to one’s creativity. I’ve been eyeing this app for a while and finally decided to check it out and i am pleasantly surprised by all the features and capabilities. It is very simple and yet gives you so much room to experiment. MIDI connectivity is great and the selection of in app instruments is great! It won’t necessarily compose for you but it will do most of the work and leaves you in control of your sketches. Great for composing something beyond the mundane. A cherry on top of your inspiration.

Response from developer

Just to be clear, we have not and will never delete any user songs! We've only removed the Russian national anthem from the 12 sample songs (now 11) that come with a new installation of YouCompose.

Aimée generates unique compositions using a combination of music theory and genetic algorithms, ensuring that the music is free from copyright issues. The app also provides a variety of built-in instruments and editing tools.

How does the AI ensure music originality?

Aimée's AI is designed to generate entirely original musical content without being trained on existing musical data. It utilizes an expert system grounded in comprehensive musical theory and advanced genetic algorithms to evolve and refine musical ideas, resulting in unique compositions.

What instruments are available?

The app includes over 80 instrument definitions with their corresponding sounds. This range covers all regular orchestral instruments, keyboards, organs, guitars, basses, chorus effects, and percussion. Additionally, there are over 85 predefined ensembles for quick setup.

How can I create music with this app?
