Fine, but for one little detail..
I like this app strictly for keeping an inventory of my oils. And the occasional reference. One thing that bothers me is the bottle color associated with each oil name is off by one. I can’t be the first to notice this. Seems like an easy fix!

Two things…the Guide doesn’t go beyond the letter M and you have to subscribe to get recipes.

Cannot get into App
I am paid up until August 2026. It said if I wanted to stop the auto renew, I could cancel but still have the app until August 2026. Only I cannot access any of the information in the app. 🥺 therefore, I was cancelled 9 months before my script ran out. And there is NO way to contact them. I even called the Young Living office. They could not help because this app independent from them!!!

Can’t access app but continue to get charged
I haven’t used this app since buying a 1 year subscription. It doesn’t recognize my email address so I can’t cancel it. It just auto-renewed with no notification. Don’t fall victim to this one.
Questionable usefulness
I’ve been using Young Living oils for many years. I thought this would be a great app to have. Well, it’s quite incompetent; the Usage Guide has no entries past Muscle Aches. So if you are looking up recommendations for anything that comes after muscle aches alphabetically, look elsewhere because this app can’t help you. I deleted then reinstalled the app hoping it would change things, but nope. Now deleting this app.

Ok I come to this reference guide a lot to refresh or if I need to create a blend to help me target my issue. Very handy and I have so much information to learn from.
Wish you could add more
I wish that you could add all YL items, diffusers, other oils, oil sets, supplements and supplies, for a complete inventory. Still great that I can track most of my oils for the most part.
Terrible customer service
It’s frustrating that I have to post a bad review to possibly get some kind of a response? I love the app but can’t log In. And support has not replied to the 4 emails I have sent asking for help!!

I purchased (premium version) this app few years back. Used very, very little. Preferred internet search. Then my phone stopped working. Husband got me a new phone. I redownloaded my apps just to find out that this one wouldn’t let me sign in. Already been paying for years and didn’t use it for three. Couldn’t cancel the reoccurring annual charges from my phone OR PayPal. They kept charging PayPal after disputing the charges. 🙄. Couple of hours with Apple rep finally figured it out and she “hopefully” cancelled it. Because past two years I’m still being surprised by this apps charges. 👀👀.

I wish there were more recipes on this app but it’s very useful when you want to know what’s in the mixed oils and what can be mixed. I have made many concoctions based on this app alone. Worth every penny

Huge disappointment!
Minus 1 star - There’s no way to choose a letter of the alphabet. You have to scroll forever to get to Valor & Xiang Mao! So I put Valor in the search bar—and there’s no way to get out of it other than close the app!
Minus a 2nd star - NOT ALPHABETICAL! This is not the correct order of the N oils: Northern Lights Black Spruce, Neroli, Nutmeg!! For oils that have lots beginning with the same letter, this makes inventory more trouble than it’s worth. Kunzea should come after all the KidScents oils, not in the middle.
Minus a 3rd star - Poor overall rating for info. Why include Cajeput when YL doesn’t sell it? “Bay” should be called Laurus Nobilis, not Bay Leaf. They’re the same, but call it by the YL name, please. “Season” should be “Season Essentials,” and the individual oil section is empty.
This rating is based on my gold standard app for info, the old LSP app. Also for the user-friendly inventory that used to be available on Oily App, which I finally deleted because they never updated the oils.

What happened???
I bought this app several years ago. Now I’m unable to look up a specific ailment and find what

Convenient info
The app is great and easy to use. The only negative thing that I noticed is that the prices are not updated to the current pricing.
New to the App
I just downloaded the app and it seems to be what I am looking for. I need a place to keep my inventory. I will post another review once I use the app more.
