Response for JR production gaming post

How sorely misplaced your post is here. You need to know your history sir. They were not disbanded or dissolved as many internet post suggest. You must look at the official Catholic Papal decree and it uses the word suppress and subdue which simply means to keep out of public eye or to let no longer grow or practice.

Absolved by the same pope who condemned them. 1308
The Chinon Record
The seal of the Vatican secret archives is shown on a replica document in which Pope Clement V absolved the Knights Templar of charges of heresy, in Rome October 9, 2007. A reproduction of the Latin-language minutes of trials against the Knights Templar in 1308, lost until its rediscovery in 2001, is being published by the Vatican Secret Archives at the end October.

Almost no crimes listed could be proven since there was zero evidence submitted it was all hearsay. The Pope was pressured into destroying them, which later absolved them of all sin letting them back i to the church to except communion absolving them. Putting right the wrong (just not in gods eyes for himself)

Please don't post what the majority of the world puts on Wikipedia and instead go look at the real documents from the Vatican archives themselves.

The beat rumors say that the church continued the Templars by making them the order of the swiss guard that guard Vatican city and the Archives. But who knows.

Good app, but interesting title.

I like this app because it teaches people about Christianity. However, in the late 13th century the Templars were disbanded and killed for blasphemy and heresy. During the initiation ceremony, Templars would spit on the cross while celebrating. The templars were also accused of praising idols. Later on before their disbandment, they were also accused of having intercourse with animals. (I just thought this was โ€œimportantโ€ information)
